dude...

I think it was ok... but the remixing was redundant and so was the drum. I will say though you were able to pull it off better than I expected. It probably would have been better to cover it in FL or something. You would have been able to manipulate it better.

fuzz...

as exodus said it was a tad fuzzy and to grungy. When going for low notes go with saws and sawtooth. But the melody was pretty cool.
Exelent build ups.
Great drum (tribal almost)

monochromatic responds:

Yeah, I couldn't keep it clean with those drums(which I needed to keep). It does kind of make the song hard to listen to, but I think its stylish(which is my excuse by the way).

In case you or anyone was wondering, I used a heavily distorted guitar synth for the drums.

...needs a little work...

pretty decent remix, but some of the blips were very unexpressive, no depth.
The pad also needed to have a shorter attack (less wa wa)

Thank you very much for your feedback!

Very good.

Good on all counts. Basslines worked, piano was pretty good (Using FL keys try to add reverb and delay for depth.)

It was a tad short but pretty good.

Thanks, LOL

Dude... That was grit... and grit was good... the filter whoosh was very well done.

Still a great song

Its much better to listen to without madness in the way for a reveiw...

Hoover sounds good, Utilized the famouse break beat loop.

I've already PM'd you so you know what I meant there. Now listening to It I hear the bass more. For some reason it was more evident in Train... anyway...
Great song,
Epic Feel (Minor RULES),
and great tiny blips.

Cool intro...

Yea... the droplet effects were cool to drop into the 1234 beat. Nice sound... Great piano incorporation (organ too)
It had good flow, filters, and was balanced.

WOOHOO

Man... Pumpin beat, you had me at beat one. Very cool with your filter phases and heavy background base.

dude...

I loved how you did something that I did. You went up the minor scale just like halo. But way cooler. AND you should flog yourself for making us wait for the song. Ive been searching and I thought it just got lost. Anyway... Killer job

cheshyre responds:

I would type a longer response but I'm in the midst of flogging myself as we speak.

Thanks for the review!

I liked the gatted synth and the bass guitar. I thought that it was really good. The only reason I went low on originality was that it was based on an exersise. But even then... cool panning feel.

mistahmoo responds:

Thanks, im glad you enjoyed it :D It's actually my first attempt at a gated synth, i'm happy to hear you think i did it well. About the name: Whenever my guitar teacher and I write an exersise (on standard notation and stuff, he's been teaching me other stuff for about a year and a half), he says "Give me a word", and then I'll think of something random, then he thinks of something random. That's where Amoeba Strap comes from. We've also had Trash Can Factory and Plug Javelin. Exersise naming is the highlight of our lessons every Thursday :P

I make Music. Im learning flash and Maya. And thats all you need to know.
